Brittany Jessup

Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Brittany is passionate about chronic musculoskeletal rehabilitation to get a patient back to the sporting or recreational hobby they enjoy alongside bone health (stress fractures and osteoporosis), tendinopathies and ACL rehabilitation.

Having always been involved in competitive sport, Brittany has a love for being active and finding sport or movement that works well for her. In addition to this, previous injuries have seen Brittany take an active interest in understanding the human body better and learning about how she can optimise recovery.

Brittany believes that everyone should have the opportunity to feel safe and have a positive experience with physical activity and this is something she continually commits to providing.

Outside of work, Brittany is often busy training for triathlons and trail running in the hills and loves being at the beach and will take any opportunity to go surfing with my partner. In her rare quiet times she also loves reading, baking and being around animals.
