By attending a class or appointment at Align Health Solutions, you are agreeing to the following:
All clients and practitioners have the right to feel safe and respected in our studio. We cater to all people and will not tolerate oppressive behaviour directed towards anyone in our community. We aim for our Align space to be a space free of shame and judgement and for everyone to feel comfortable on our premises.
We are a size-inclusive, weight-neutral and breastfeeding friendly clinic that welcomes all bodies into our space. As such, we do not tolerate body image commentary.
Bookings
Bookings for appointments or classes can be made on our website. Alternatively, please call us on 0403 797 580 and we can help to find a time that works for you.
facilities
We have ramps into our reception and studio room, our bathrooms and change rooms are accessible and non-gendered, we have curtains to cover our wall mirrors if preferred, and dimmer switches for our overhead lights. We have bathrooms and change rooms available, and can provide drinking water or a selection of teas if you are thirsty. A selection of snacks are also available to purchase.
HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
Please make use of the hand sanitiser stations and wipe down all equipment after use using the wipes available. Socks must be worn in the studio (grip socks can be purchased at reception). Towels are available for studio use if required.
class cancellations
Failure to attend a class without 8 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
1:1 appointment cancellations
Failure to attend an appointment without 24 hours ’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee and a 100% cancellation fee for non-arrival without explanation.
To assist in this process, all clients will receive SMS and email appointment reminders 48 hours prior that contain a link enabling clients to self cancellation of appointment and classes.
concessions and rebates
Our Exercise Physiology and Clinical Pilates services are recognised under many Private Health Insurer policies as well as Medicare, NDIS, Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Return to Work SA. Speak to your GP if you have type 2 diabetes or a chronic condition, as you may be eligible for Medicare rebates under a General Practitioner Management Plan (GPMP).
All children under the age of 16 and concession card holders (Pension, Disability or Carers Card) are eligible for Bulk Billed services under Medicare.
