Pilates is a dynamic mind-body exercise system that uses low-impact movements to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. We use the key elements of pilates combined with our expertise to tailor programs to every client’s individual needs, from rehabilitation to performance.

Private Session

60 minute session

A 1:1 session for individuals who are new to Pilates, have an injury, are undergoing rehabilitation post surgery, are managing chronic pain or require an update to their program. A minimum of one 1:1 is compulsory prior to commencing Group Pilates – Equipment and Mat Pilates – Beginner.


Clinical Mat Class

60 minute group session

Offering sessions at both a beginner and intermediate level, Mat Pilates teaches the fundamentals of the Pilates method through a instructor led choreographed sequence of exercises that utilise body weight and small equipment such as chi balls, elastics and light weights.


Clinical Equipment Class

60 minute group session

An equipment based small group session utilising the larger Pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and Core Align along with small equipment such as chi balls, elastics and light weights. Each individual will have their own program tailored to their ability. Suitable for individuals recovering from a recent surgery or injury, requiring graded exercise prescription under supervision but independent enough to not need 1:1.

*A minimum of one 1:1 is compulsory prior to commencing Group Pilates – Equipment in order to receive personalised program.


Mums and Bubs Mat Class

60 minute group session

We offer mat based clinical pilates to prenatal and postpartum mothers to improve core control and ability, with a focus on pelvic floor and abdominal separation. These classes are a great starting point to gradually return a mother back to their usual pre-exercise routines or life in general.

*A minimum of one 1:1 is compulsory prior to commencing Mums & Bubs.
