A 12-week subsidised group exercise program offered to those aged 65+ and classified as inactive (under 150 minutes physical activity per week).
What is included?
- 12 x 45 minute group exercise sessions
- 1 x 15-30 minute pre-assessment
- 1 x 15-30 minute post-assessment
What can I expect?
A tailored exercise program targeting individual goals and health needs within a group-based setting. All classes will be supervised by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to ensure client safety and best-practice
